Return Policy

Dear Valued Buyers, we appreciate your business. We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not content with your purchase for any reason, we offer a convenient return policy.

Please take a minute to consider that each Product is handcrafted and unique in its own manner; an irregular weave, print, stitch etc. cannot be regarded as a defect. This will help you decide whether to return a product or not. By definition, a handmade, agricultural, handloom, handicraft, art craft etc. products have lack of uniformity. Because they are inherent to the handmade process, flaws or imperfections in the result cannot be considered defects. Several items are made of natural colours and may bleed during the first few washes, requiring careful handling. To prolong the life of the Product, kindly adhere to the care directions, if provided by seller.
Zravi wants to make sure that its buyers are satisfied with their purchases. This return policy outlines the procedures and policies for returning products that have been purchased from the Zravi platform. Any returns for products by buyers will be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out in this policy. Buyers are required to read and understand the terms of this policy. If you have any concerns regarding the terms of this policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may leave and stop using the Platforms. By initiating a request to purchase products on the Platforms, you agree to the terms of this policy without modification.
Also, please remember that zravi.com is a marketplace where most sellers are small Farmers, Cultivators, master weavers, cooperatives, artisan, manufacturer, grower,  entrepreneurs, start up  etc. As small businesses, it becomes difficult for them to accept returned products, as often the products are not returned in their original condition, which leads their financial loss. Therefore, buyers are requested to initiate the return process when the Product is not up to standard.
Below are the details of our return policy:

  1. Return can only be granted, if a request for a return has been made within 3 days of delivery of the Product/s.
  2. We only request our valuable buyers not to use the Product and preserve its original condition, tags, packaging and a copy of the bill received with the consignment.
    During pick-up, our delivery agent may check the return quantity and quality. After a successful quantity and quality inspection, the return of the consignment will be processed.
  3. Returns will not be entertained in the following cases:
    • It is determined that the Product got damaged while in your possession.
    • The Product is different from what was shipped to you.
    • The Product is not returned in the same condition it was received (with the brand/manufacturer box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
    • The Product is not intact in its original packaging.
    • The Product has already been used by the Customer in any way, any stains or dirt.
  4. Your have to take video / photos at the time of unpacking / unboxing the products using a camera app which records current date and times. If you have received a Product in a damaged or defective condition, please do not unbox or unpack the consignment and you can contact us at support@zravi.com within 24 hours of the delivery of the Product with relevant proof in the form of images and videos that may support your grievance. This case will be further taken care of and verified by the concerned redressal team, and the necessary action will be initiated.
  5. Only products that are unused, in their original condition and with all original tags and packaging intact may be returned or exchanged.
  6. Return is not accepted if the buyers has provided the wrong or incomplete shipping address, on a failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package was refused by the recipient. In such cases, all expenses (like loading / unloading(manual and/or mechanical), godown storage charges, transit losses, transit insurance charges, theft and other natural calamities etc.) relating to the return of the consignment shall be borne by the buyer.
  7. In case of return of shipment, buyers amount (after deduction of return shipping charges and any other charges like transit damages, tear & loss etc. ) will be deposited in the buyers wallet and same shall be adjusted with new purchase.
  8. A return pick-up will be scheduled within 10 days of the return request being made. The final date and time will be confirmed with the buyers.
    Alert: Return pick-up will be attempted one times only.
