Portal Margin / Commission: zravi.com, a unit of Makein Corporation, has reserve the rights to add/edit/delete of portal margin / commission on the prices entered by the seller against their products in our website for earning revenue.
Declaration: While uploading products details, all the information available / displayed on the website is correct and sellers take full responsibility of correctness of the information.
Location: this is the information that seller shall enter with full responsibility that products is/are" Cultivated / Grown / Manufactured / weaved etc." in while uploading the products.
Confirmation: Sellers confirm that the products which have been uploaded are ethnic and organic. Sellers has clearly understood that they are liable to establish products detail as and when asked by zravi.com authority, Buyers, Associates and/or any Government Authorities.
The products photos, videos provided by the seller shall be sorted out by our team and uploaded the same in social media with zravi.com tag for promotional purposes.
Seller must update the product related information like Rate, MOQ, Available Quantity, Date of Expiry and other necessary information, deactivate unwanted products and upload new products time to time by login to their panel.
MRP: MRP is applicable only against packaged products. System is calculate minimum MRP amount based on selling price entered by seller. Seller may increases mrp at their own wish.
Seller must provide the products testimonials documents to convince buyer for perfectness of their products. But seller must ensure that in the documents, no contact detail is available. Otherwise Zravi.com reserve the rights to omit such contact information digitally to hide the same from users.
Wallet Management: Deposit In Wallet Or Withdrawal From Wallet Is An Instruction To The System And Do Not Effect Any Banking Transaction. Deposit Request to wallet Takes Minimum 48 Working Hours To Effect In Bank Account. Withdrawal Request Takes Minimum 5 To 7 Working Days To Effect In Bank Account
Taxes & Duties : Seller / Channel Partner shall be liable to pay taxes and Duties, if any, against every transaction made by you (Received or Payment of Amount). zravi.com and its other affiliates / associates no way responsible for such liabilities.
Deposits & Withdrawal:
- Sellers invoice amount shall be deposited in the wallet immediately after the amount received from buyer.
- The amount will be withdrawable by seller after 7 (Seven) days of receiving the consignment by the buyer. (Please refer to the return policy)
- In case of withdrawal, seller have to execute withdrawal request from wallet and seller bank will be credited within 72 hours of working day against such request.
- That seller can deposit amount with “Makein Corporation – the parent entity of zravi.com”, if any, by transferring the amount to the bank account of “Makein Corporation”
