Loskora is another name for Narikol Laru, a traditional Assamese sweet dish, which are essentially coconut ladoos or coconut balls. These are made with grated coconut, sugar (or jaggery), cardamom powder, and sometimes lime juice, and are a popular accompaniment to hot beverages. The mixture is cooked until it thickens, then shaped into balls while still warm.
