You may need your own Zravi account to use certain Zravi Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. To manage your payment options. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Zravi does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT
Sending e-cards and other communications, as well as posting reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content, as well as submitting suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information are all permitted as long as the content does not violate any laws, be offensive to people of any race or ethnicity, violate privacy of someone, violate intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or in any way harm third parties. You guarantee that the content you post is accurate, that using it will not violate this policy or harm anyone, and that you will hold Zravi harmless for any claims arising from the content you supply. You also represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you post. Zravi is free, but not required, to keep an eye on, modify, or delete any action of any third party.
RISK OF LOSS
Every physical object that is purchased from Zravi is done so in accordance with a shipment contract. This means that when we deliver such things to you through the carrier, you or a third party assumes the risk of loss.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE
Until the returned item reaches our fulfillment facility, Zravi does not assume title. We reserve the right to give a refund in the absence of a return. Regarding products offered by Zravi, we are unable to verify an items price until you place an order. It is possible that some of the things in our catalog are not priced correctly, even with our best efforts. We reserve the right to either cancel your purchase and notify you of the cancellation or contact you for instructions prior to shipping if the correct price of an item sold by Zravi is greater than our quoted pricing.

DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Zravi Service will be adjudicated in the court of law within jurisdiction of Guwahati, Assam and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts..
